I truly believe that pets are members of the family. When I was contacted by this lovely family, their sweet dog, Truffles, was fading from kidney failure. We didn’t know how much time she had left, so we set something up quickly. Ms. Truffles was so well behaved throughout the session – even putting up with that adorable mowhawk. 🙂 We could tell she was struggling, so we kept things mellow and just stayed in the yard and house for the photos. Although she only lived a short 4 1/2 years due to her ailing kidneys, I know that this amazing family gave her a wonderful life. Truffles was blessed to have them, and I’m sure they feel the same about her.
